Theater:
Cherry Hall theater is a non-smoking venue. Daily, weekly and monthly theater rental prices are based upon the admission charge. Long-term rentals require a $1000 booking deposit (non-refundable). Benefit performance rentals are $500 - $700 per performance and require a house manager @ $30 per hour.
Tech., rehearsal, or audition is $35 per day.
Gallery:
The Cherry Center Gallery is a non-smoking venue. The Gallery is available for rental during the gallery's non-retail hours. A knowledgeable Cherry Center representative is present throughout your event.
The Gallery's maximum capacity is 60 people for a stand-up event.
The Gallery does not provide catering, sound equipment, tables or chairs beyond the 30 chairs available. Self-catering is allowed. If alcohol is served, a one-day license must be obtained.
The Gallery space rents for $125 per hour with a 3-hour minimum requirement. a $250 security deposit is required to hold a date. After-event cleaning is provided by the Gallery for a $100 fee.
Classes:
Class size from 1-25 people at $30 per hour or portion of an hour. Class from 26 -30 people rent at $60 per hour, or portion of an hour.
